Bubble Pizza, topped with pepperoni, is a quick and easy pan pizza made with just four ingredients in under 30 minutes! It’s a fun party or snack option everyone will be lining up for!

I use refrigerated biscuits in all sorts of sweet and savory treats; I am never without a tube or two in my refrigerator. I love how I can quickly and easily turn them into donuts, biscuit and ham breakfast bakes, cheese-stuffed pull-apart rolls, and, currently, my newest favorite, bubble pizza!
If you are looking for a fun dish that’s sure to be a family favorite or a tailgating option your guests will definitely line up for; this pizza is it! And bonus points for not having to run around town looking for specialty ingredients!
Ingredient notes
- Refrigerated biscuits– use jumbo biscuits and cut into fourths
- Pizza sauce– homemade or store-bought
- Mozzarella cheese – for the best melt, shred your own cheese, as preshredded cheese from the store has additives that prevent it from melting well.
- Pepperoni– or sub your favorite pizza toppings
How to make bubble pizza
Party food or busy weeknight dinner can’t get any simpler than this. It’s so easy to make, I feel silly even calling it a recipe.
Cut the biscuit dough into quarters, layer them in a lightly greased cast-iron skillet (or any oven-safe dish), and slather the pizza sauce on top. Then, add your desired toppings and cheese, which in my case were pepperoni and mozzarella. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in a preheated oven, and voila! A thick, gooey, cheesy pull-apart pizza goodness.
Quick tip
Make sure to space the biscuits when layering and avoid overcrowding the skillet to achieve an even crust base.
How to store
If, by a very unlikely chance, you don’t finish the whole pan, leftovers can be easily warmed up in the microwave. Zap for a few seconds, and the pizza pieces spring back to their previous awesomeness.

This may sound stupid, but do I cook it while it’s still in the pan, or do I somehow find a way to take it off?
Patti says
Do you think this can be done over a campfire, if covered with foil?
